Hi, I’m Ludwig Ward — currently a Product Manager on Apple Pay & Wallet, specializing in access control, mobile credentials, and secure, customer-centric experiences for millions of users. With over a decade of experience in embedded security, cryptographic standards, and product leadership, I’ve driven product strategy across hardware and software at scale.
Most recently, I’ve been delivering NFC-based mobile access control solutions for Apple Pay, while previously leading product strategy for YubiKey at Yubico — steering FIDO2 and post-quantum pathways, fingerprint hardware launches, and enterprise certification programs.
